National IDENTITY Card for Abroad Pakistanis (NICOP) is issued to citizens of Pakistan who are dwelling overseas and are national of a nation which features a double nationality course of action with Pakistan. Any citizen of Pakistan can apply for NICOP and can travel to Pakistan without requiring a visa.
